Participants' profile

The project's target group is young people between 17-22 y.o. that are unaware of personal strengths and weaknesses, have no any specific plans for the future and experience certain difficulties in self-expression. The age is limited by this range because according to our experience this is the time when young people are at the verge to make important decisions concerning their future, so ability to assess personal capacity is of utmost importance to make the right choice. Since for many young people this is the age where they start acting as adults and facing new challenges (e.g. seeking job), it is important to equip them with certain knowledge that would facilitate the turn of life.

The priority will be given to participants that are from disadvantaged background. We believe that this group needs the most to be motivated and unlock personal potential through self-awareness and -identification process.

 

 

Travel:

You must keep all your tickets, boarding passes and receipts (originals). ONLY if you have the travel tickets, boarding passes and receipts we are able to reimburse your travel costs. See the table below of the travel reimbursement (all amounts are in Euro):

Participation fee:

We would ask for 20€ participation fee to organize a bus excursion to one of Estonian cities for the whole group. In our experience it´s one of the parts that all participants are expecting and excited about.
