Technicalities

The seminar will take place from the 13-20 September 2015 (Arrival in Moscow until latest 16:00, departure not before 11:00). Together with the preparatory team participants will take the night train (trans-Siberian) to Kirov on the 13th in the evening. On the 19th we will take the train back with participants. Departure is on the 20th from Moscow.

The EFIL participation fee is at 280 euro including board and lodging in a more-bed room (additional cost for double room: 50 EUR, single room: 100 EUR). Travel reimbursement of 60-70% for established partners, and up to 100% (max. 250 EUR) for new and small partners. The train ticket from Moscow to Kirov is included in the participation fee. EFIL also reimburses direct visa costs. This is possible thanks to the project funding from the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

 

The event is also open for AFS organisations from outside the EFIL network, provided that there are enough places secured for the interested EFIL Members. The participation fee for the non-EFIL Partners is set for 450 euro. We cannot offer any travel reimbursement for Partners from outside Europe (that are not members of EFIL).

In case of withdrawal after the deadline (20 June) a 100 Euro cancellation fee is due.

 

 

Selection procedure

Interested candidates should apply by filling in the attached application form and sending it to their national organisations and the EFIL office. The national AFS member organisations should carefully screen the applications and then send a list with a pre-selection to inga.menke@afs.org before Monday, the 8th of June 2015.
