Aortal stenosis
Hemodynamic: aortal stenosis – increased left ventricle pressure – a hypertrophy (then dilatation) LV
Fig.4. A stenosis of an ostium of an aorta on roentgenograms and a ultrasonogram.
Radiological features:
- aortal configuration of heart (the waist is underlined, the left ventricle arch displace to the left, the apex of heart is lowered downwards and profound in a diaphragm) (see fig.4);
- the ascending aorta is locally dilated in a place of constant blood pressure of a thin spouts;
calcification of the aortal valve.
Aortal Insuffiency (Aortic incompetence).
Hemodynamic: aortal insuffiency – regurgitation part of a blood from an aorta in a left ventricle chamber - dilatation LV, a hypertrophy a myocardium – increase of systolic blood volume in an aorta – an aortectasia (see fig. 5).
Fig.5 Aortal insuffiency on a roentgenograms and a doplerosonograms.
Radiological features of aortal insuffiency: -aortal configuration of heart (the waist is underlined, the left ventricle arch displace to the left, the right cardiovascular angle is displaced downwards), an aortic arch is dilated.
Roentgenoscopy: greater amplitudes pulsation of a aortic arch.
Direct feature: aortography, doplerosonography, CT and МRI with contrasting - regurgitation part of a blood from an aorta into a expanded left ventricle chamber is defined.
