The HO will ensure the needed circumstances for the learning process but the volunteer by herself is responsible to be efficient in using them. The level of the Learning Outcomes will be contingent on her activity and initiative.

Crisis management:

The Hosting organisation takes the responsibility for raising awareness of risk assessment, risk prevention and high quality pastoral support within the EVS programme, both in FIRE theatre-art-culture FOUNDATION’s activities and in networking with our partners abroad. The volunteer will be also provided with 24 hour emergency phone numbers and mobile phone. The Hosting organisation will hold all necessary personal information and emergency contact details for the volunteer.

Sending activity costs: 5 % of Activity project costs for the volunteer (25 EUR per month during his EVS). This amount will be transferred on the bank account of the SO after the completing of the activities envisaged in the project, making out of the final volunteer’s report (which is inseparable part of the HO’s final report and has to be included in it, attended by the volunteer’s own signature) and providing the HO with all the original financial documents concerning the return travel of the volunteer to his/her country of residence.
