Look at the map.You can see London Fire Brigade area. It’s size is 609 square miles (1,577 km2). It was formed in 1865 as Metropolitan Fire Brigade, then renamed as London Fire Brigade in 1904.The HQ is situated in 169 Union Street, Southwark. The staff is 7000 employees. There are 112 stations (including one independent river station).
