ПРОГНОЗ. Госпитальная летальность при АС составляет в среднем 5 - 6%, а при проведении ИВЛ достигает 15%Госпитальная летальность при АС составляет в среднем 5 - 6%, а при проведении ИВЛ достигает 15%. Около 9% больных, перенесших ИВЛ по поводу АС, в дальнейшем повторно нуждаются в ИВЛ по той же причине. Длительные наблюдения за больными БА, которым проводилась ИВЛ, свидетельствуют, что эти пациенты имеют повышенный риск летальности - до 14% в течение 3 лет и до 23% в течение 6 лет, что диктует необходимость пристального долговременного наблюдения за такими больными.
