ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Лечение опухолей плевры остается сложной проблемой
Лечение опухолей плевры остается сложной проблемой. Среди первичных опухолей наиболее распространена диффузная злокачественная мезотелиома. Прогноз у больного с мезотелиомой, как и с другими первичными злокачественными опухолями плевры, неблагоприятный, несмотря на бурное развитие медицинских технологий. Вторичные опухолевые поражения плевры представляют собой отдаленные метастатические поражения распространенного опухолевого процесса, резко ограничивающего продолжительность жизни больного.
